This information is collected and analyzed in anonymized form. It is used solely for the purpose of improving the attractiveness, content and functionality of our website. It is not processed any further nor is it transmitted to third parties.
The italian government decree No. 196/2003 aims at protecting the persons and other people involved as far as their personal data processing are concerned. According to the laws quoted above, this data processing will be based on the principles of decency, lawfulness and transparency safeguarding the confidentiality and the rights of the subscriber. The following information is supplied according to the article 13 of the Government decree No. 196/2003.
Our data processing:
a) aims at: collecting data about the visitor of the web site in order to respond in the most effective possible way to his/her request for information; performing the laws obligations or other executions required by the competent authorities;
b) will be performed in these forms: computerized/manual;
c) data won't be transferred to anyone else without your prior written consent.
Data communication is essential but not compulsory and its denial would not in case imply any consequence but it could entail the non-fulfilment of your requests. Art. 7
Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The person concerned is entitled to obtain confirmation on the existence of data concerning him/her personally, even if not yet recorded, and this notification must be given very clearly.
2. The person concerned is entitled to obtain the indication of:
a) the source of personal data;
b) the aim of dealing with personal data and the adopted forms;
c) the logic used in case of electronic data processing;
d) data identifying the owner, the persons in charge and the appointed representative according to the article 5, clause 2;
e) the persons or the categories of persons to whom personal data can be transferred to or who in their capacity as appointed representatives within their own nation or as either persons in charge or delegated can get acquainted with them.
3. The person concerned is entitled to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or when interested in, any integration of the data;
b) deletion, transformation into anonymous or the freezing of the data processed in violation of law, including those whose retention, according to the aims they were originally collected or processed for, is unnecessary;
c) declaration that the operations mentioned in point a) and b), even as far as the contents are concerned, have been reported to whom the data were transferred or released, apart from the case when this performance cannot be executed or when it implies a use of means conspicuously disproportionate with the right to defend.
4. The person concerned is entitled to object, completely or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the personal data processing of his/her pertinence, although pertaining the aim of their collection;
b) to the processing of personal data of his/her pertinence for advertising purposes or for direct sale or for market research or for commercial communications.
